Consult2Travel provides the following services:

We act as consultants and intermediaries. Final decisions on visa applications rest solely with the relevant government authorities.

3Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed upon
• Attend appointments and interviews as scheduled
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Inform us immediately of any changes in circumstances

Any false or misleading information may result in application rejection and termination of our services.

4Fees and Payment

Our service fees are clearly outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms include:

• Service fees are separate from government fees
• Payment schedules as agreed in your contract
• Government fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome
• Service fees may be partially refundable as per our refund policy
• Late payment may result in service suspension

5Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Government fees are non-refundable in all circumstances
• Service fees may be refunded if services have not commenced
• Partial refunds may apply if application is withdrawn before submission
• No refunds for applications rejected due to client's false information
• Refund requests must be made in writing

6Limitation of Liability

Consult2Travel's liability is limited as follows:

• We cannot guarantee visa approval as decisions rest with authorities
• We are not liable for application delays by government agencies
• Our liability is limited to the service fees paid
• We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages
• Force majeure events are beyond our control

7Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your personal information:

• Your information is used solely for service provision
• We do not share information with unauthorized third parties
• Information may be shared with relevant authorities as required
• We maintain secure storage of your documents
• You may request deletion of your data after service completion

8Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• With written notice as specified in your agreement
• Immediately for breach of terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For providing false or misleading information

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
